Michael Pickelein represents clients in international and domestic arbitration proceedings. He has experience in handling institutional arbitrations under various sets of rules, including those of the ICC, ICDR, and DIS. He has assisted clients with disputes in various industry sectors with a particular focus on post-M&A related disputes.
Michael is also currently involved in Pro Bono cases supporting Afghan refugees in filing relevant applications with the German authorities.
