Merry Chavez Anderson has over 35 years of experience negotiating, drafting and implementing agreements on behalf of clients for a wide range of multi-million dollar international corporate and financing transactions.

She has represented borrowers in a variety of debt financing arrangements.  In recent years, her focus has been negotiating subscription-secured credit facilities.

Her financing work has involved a range of corporate sectors, including real estate.  She has negotiated with a range of public and private lenders. Her clients have included real estate funds, wealthy individuals, and non-profits.

Merry spent her childhood in South and Central America, and has extensive experience representing and negotiating with people and entities around the world.  In the early 1990s, the firm sent her to Warsaw and Prague to help open some of the first western law offices in Eastern Europe after the end of the Cold War.
