Back from London where she obtained a Master of Laws from King's College, Giulia has, since 2013, worked in the fields of E-Commerce and data protection law, assisting many of the major players in the Internet industry by providing day-to-day legal advice and representing their interests before Italian Authorities. Giulia's expertise also includes consumer protection and commercial contracts, particularly in the online environment. Whether it comes to drafting a contract, analyzing the regulatory framework in specific areas, or assessing the risks stemming from a specific commercial strategy, clients can always count on Giulia’s innovative thinking and deep understanding of the law.
Giulia graduated in Law from University of Bologna summa cum laude in 2012. In the same year, she got a Master's degree in International Business Law from King's College London, where she attended the LLM program as part of a special double degree program. During her studies, she also spent 9 months at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, as part of an international student exchange program. Thanks to these international experiences, Giulia is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish. Giulia was admitted to the Italian Bar in September 2015.
