Maria-Theresia Schindler advises national and international clients on all areas of EU and German competition law and cartel damages law as well as on all issues relating to antitrust compliance and cartel investigations including e-discoveries. In particular, Maria-Theresia focuses on the project management of national and international cartel investigations including the support during dawn raids of antitrust and other enforcement agencies.
Prior to joining our firm, Maria-Theresia practiced antitrust and cartel damages law at the Dusseldorf office of Hengeler Mueller.
During her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf Maria-Theresia worked, inter alia, for the Ministry of Family, Children, Youth, Culture and Sports of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
