Maartje Dieben

As a member of the corporate notarial team, Maartje Dieben practices in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on international corporate restructurings, M&A transactions, joint ventures and the incorporation of companies in various industries. Maartje joined Hogan Lovells in 2010 and is a member of the corporate notarial team. In addition to a broad range of corporate and notarial work, she is also involved in assisting our banking and finance practice in creating security rights.
