Jamie Lee is an experienced litigator with a demonstrated history of success in all phases of litigation for antitrust and complex commercial cases in state and federal courts across the country.
Jamie focuses her practice on antitrust class actions, multidistrict litigation, and complex commercial cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. She represents individuals and corporations in a variety of matters, including price fixing, market allocation, vertical and horizontal agreements, monopolization, pay-for-delay, antitrust compliance, tax credit litigation, opioid litigation, and government investigations. She has extensive experience working on merger review and investigations before the Federal Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Justice.
Prior to joining the firm, Jamie worked as a litigation associate at another international law firm. She also had the privilege of serving as a White House Intern with the Obama Administration.

Represent global pharmaceutical company in government investigations and antitrust class actions alleging price-fixing and unlawful “pay for delay” patent settlements.
Represent Choice Hotels in antitrust consumer class action and distributor lawsuit alleging a conspiracy regarding online paid search advertising.
Represent a pro bono client in post-conviction proceedings in partnership with the New England Innocence Project.
