Jamie Lee is an experienced litigator with a demonstrated history of success in all phases of litigation for antitrust and complex commercial cases in state and federal courts across the country.

Jamie focuses her practice on antitrust and complex commercial cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. She represents individuals and corporations in a variety of matters, including merger review, antitrust compliance, tax credit litigation, opioid litigation, distressed commercial debt, contract disputes, government investigations, complex torts, labor and employment, and corporate governance. She has extensive experience working on matters before the Federal Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Justice.

Prior to joining the firm, Jamie worked as a litigation associate at another international law firm. She also had the privilege of serving as a White House Intern with the Obama Administration.
