Merlin Laufenburg advises national and international companies on M&A and joint venture transactions, corporate law issues and the negotiation, drafting and termination of complex contracts. Merlin Laufenburg has been involved in several intra-group restructurings.
A focus of Merlin Laufenburg's practice is advising particularly regulated companies, e.g. due to public law control, a prominent market position or activities in a sensitive area.
Merlin Laufenburg has already worked for several years as a research assistant in our Corporate/ M&A practice group. During this time, he was extensively involved in advising corporate bodies in M&A transactions and in various post-M&A disputes.
