Alex advises clients on all areas of UK and EU antitrust law. The majority of his practice currently focuses on antitrust in digital markets and he assists clients in the technology sector in investigations before the European Commission and the CMA.
Alex also advises on multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions in the context of merger control and foreign investment control proceedings.
Alex has worked in the firm's London and Brussels offices and continues to maintain a prescence across both. He has an undergraduate degree in Biology and prior to joining Hogan Lovells worked for a firm known for its work in the Life Sciences and Technology sectors. He utilizes his technical background to understand complex subject matter in pharmaceuticals and digital markets.

Acting for Google in its antitrust regulatory dialogue with the CMA and the ICO on Google's Privacy Sandbox proposals to remove third-party cookies on Chrome and develop privacy-centric alternatives
