Lars-Fabian Blume advises clients in patent infringement cases at the courts in Dusseldorf, Mannheim an Munich, in nullity actions at the German patent court (Bundespatentgericht) and in opposition proceedings at the European Patent Office.
Unlike most German litigators, Lars-Fabian is double qualified as a lawyer and as a pharmacist, and specializes on cases involving challenging technical subject matters. He handles cases in all areas of the life sciences with a focus on biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and chemistry.
