Franco Lambiase is an English qualified lawyer (also admitted to pratice in Italy) who advises multinational financial institutions, investors, banks, servicers, trustees and corporates on a broad range of structured finance and capital markets transactions including securitisations (with a particular focus on NPLs in Greece and Italy), eurobonds, covered bonds and derivatives. He also advises lenders and borrowers on cross-border lending matters within the clean energy and impact finance spheres.
Franco has been permanently based in Italy since 2019 and is bilingual (English/Italian).
