Hubert Kruk is an associate in the Corporate and M&A Department. He advises Polish and international clients on commercial company law and ongoing corporate matters.
Hubert also has experience in mergers and acquisitions and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as work on due diligence analyses, preparing corporate documentation for the purposes of transactions, and ongoing legal services for business entities. He also deals with the registration proceedings of commercial entities.
