Audrey is an Associate with the International Debt Capital Markets practice at Hogan Lovells. She began her Hogan Lovells career in 2021. She focuses on DCM matters, advising both Issuers and Dealers/Bookrunners on Reg S and Rule 144A Standalone Debt Offerings and Medium Term Note (MTN). She has represented her clients in transactions across a broad spectrum of industry sectors in Australia, Singapore and Malaysia.

Advising BOC Aviation Limited on its US$15 billion GMTN Programme and various issuances thereunder.
Advising Ausgrid Finance on its US$3 billion Secured EMTN Programme.
Advising Transurban Finance on its US$10 billion Secured EMTN Programme and issue of €650 million Notes due 2033 thereunder.
Advising RHB Bank Berhad on the update of its US$5 billion EMTN Programme.
Advising International Finance Corporation on its investment in a US$250 million green bond issued by Bank of the Philippine Islands to finance eligible green assets in the Philippines.
