Ashley King efficiently navigates clients through a wide range of litigation, employment, and white collar matters with an eye for both the minute details and a 30,000-foot view. Her resourceful and determined approach allows Ashley to seek practical solutions to clients' legal issues.

She guides her clients through complex issues presented by state and federal employment laws, defending clients against employment-related lawsuits including wage and hour class actions. Ashley also regularly counsels clients on labor and employment aspects of cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Ashley’s experience in white collar matters includes assisting clients in complex internal investigations and compliance training.  As Ashley’s clients range from large multinational corporations to local businesses, she has helped clients investigate and comply with both foreign and domestic anti-bribery and corruption laws.

In addition to her dedication to her clients, Ashley champions diverse thinking and has previously worked on LGBT rights with the Human Rights Campaign and the Williams Institute.  She currently holds a leadership position within the ABA Section of Litigation’s LGBT Law & Litigator Committee.

While at UCLA, Ashley successfully balanced working as a judicial extern for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals with her duties as the Chief Managing Editor and Interim Editor-in-Chief of UCLA Law Review.
