For more than ten years Oksana Karel has been helping clients in international arbitration proceedings. She has extensive experience in acting for businesses and individuals in investment arbitration as well as handling complex commercial arbitrations.
Oksana dealt with numerous institutional, as well as ad hoc, arbitrations (including VIAC, ICDR (AAA), ICC, ICSID, LCIA, and GAFTA) seated across Europe and in the US. Her experience includes disputes related to energy and natural resources (power generation, renewables), life sciences and health care, as well as construction and infrastructure projects.
