Juliane Reschke advises clients in relation to complex international and domestic disputes before arbitral tribunals and state courts.

Juliane has experience in arbitration proceedings under the rules of, inter alia, the ICC, DIS and AAA. She studied law at Humboldt University Berlin, Universidad de Chile and Maastricht University. She is fluent in German and English and has an advanced knowledge of Dutch and Spanish.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Juliane worked as an Associate in the international arbitration practice group of an international law firm in London.

Juliane regularly publishes in the area of international arbitration.

 

Representative experience

Advising a leading pharmaceutical company in an ICC arbitration against a Chinese supplier in connection with a supply contract.

Representing a German biotech- and pharmaceutical company in an AAA/ICDR-arbitration concerning a license agreement against a US-american company. 

 

Representing a client in a DIS-arbitration between German companies from the healthcare sector. The dispute concerns the witdrawal from a share purchase agreement.

 
 

Advising and representing a globally operating German company specialized in solar project development in a DIS-arbitration regarding a power plant construction contract.
