Julian advises on domestic and cross-border international M&A transactions, primarily in regulated industries. He is regularly involved in sell- and buy-side transactions in the traditional and renewable energy and infrastructure sector, including the structuring and forming of complex joint ventures. 

Julian is a Senior Associate working for Hogan Lovells since 2020. He advises a diverse portfolio of clients, including large domestic and international corporations, infrastructure funds, project developers, SMEs and family-owned businesses. He advises his clients on all transactional and corporate questions.

Julian commits to professional and pragmatic advice using efficient processes. His clients often recognize his dedication and commitment to transactions to achieve the best possible solutions. His ability to think outside the box and translate his knowledge into practical advice accelerates the overall process and allows him to always provide his clients with state-of-the-art solutions.
