Johanna Jungermann advises issuers and underwriters in international capital markets transactions. Her areas of expertise include IPOs, capital increase transactions, bond issues and public takeover transactions as well as advising on gerneral issues relating to corporate and capital markets law.
Johanna Jungermann studied law at the EBS University of Business and Law in Wiesbaden, and also served her legal traineeship in Wiesaden. In addition, she holds a Master's degree in Business from the EBS University of Business and Law and has gained practical experience in corporate law as well as financial law.
