Jessica trained with the firm and qualified in 2012 as a member of both the planning and real estate teams.  She now focuses on commercial real estate and advises a wide range of clients on investment matters, leasehold liability transactions, landlord and tenant matters, sales and purchase, and development projects.

Jessica acts for a number of institutional landlords and developers and has gained extensive experience in all aspects of landlord and tenant work. As a result she has a valuable understanding of the commercial drivers behind acquiring and managing property for investment purposes.  Jessica also acts for corporate occupiers and understands the commercial pressures in securing appropriate space in an increasingly competitive market. Her experience in acting on both sides of the table in landlord and tenant matters gives her key insight into the commercial priorities for both parties.

Jessica has also dealt with a number of leasehold liability transactions over the years with various corporate occupiers, taking the lead on negotiation, structuring and legal project management.

Jessica adopts a very pragmatic and hands on approach to transactions, with a focus on getting the deal done as quickly, efficiently and amicably as possible.
