Jake Jensen assists in the representation of public and private companies in corporate and finance matters, with a focus on complex domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions.
Jake graduated from UCLA School of Law, where he served as a student editor for the Journal of Law and Technology and focused his studies on corporate law. Prior to law school, Jake studied political science at Brigham Young University, where he worked as a research and teaching assistant for the BYU Political Science Department and served as president of the political science and pre-law student associations.
