As partner in the London office, Jenna advises clients on a wide range of commercial litigation disputes. These include complex, high value shareholder disputes, frequently with a fraud-related element. 

Jenna is currently acting on one of The Lawyer's top 20 cases for 2022, for the Ukrainian bank, PrivatBank, in its $3 billion fraud claim against its former owners, Igor Kolomoisky and Gennadiy Bogolyubov. 

Jenna also acted on a high profile commercial litigation dispute for the prominent Ukrainian businessman, Victor Pinchuk, in his claim against Gennadiy Bogolyubov and Igor Kolomoisky - worth in excess of $1 billion.

Jenna has also acted for the Kazakh bank, BTA, in a ground-breaking dispute against its former Chairman, Mukhtar Ablyazov, who was found to have misappropriated funds running to billions of dollars. 

Jenna has represented clients on a variety of interlocutory applications (including freezing order, passport order and committal applications), as well as trials in London's High Court.  Her representative experience also includes cases in off-shore jurisdictions such as Cyprus, the BVI and the Isle of Man.

Jenna holds her higher rights of audience, permitting her to appear at all levels of English civil courts.

Representative experience

Acting for Victor Pinchuk, a Ukrainian businessman, in respect of a dispute over Ukrainian steel and mining assets estimated to be worth over $1 billion.

Acting for BTA Bank on multibillion dollar fraud claims against its former chairman. Possibly the largest civil fraud claim to come before the English courts.
