She has particular experience in dealing with Russian/CIS disputes which are often complex and multi-jurisdictional in nature.
Jenna recently acted on a high profile commercial litigation dispute for the prominent Ukrainian businessman, Victor Pinchuk, in his claim against two other Ukrainian businessmen, Gennadiy Bogolyubov and Igor Kolomoisky - worth in excess of $1 billion.
Jenna has represented clients on a variety of interlocutory applications (including freezing order, passport order and committal applications), as well as trials in London's High Court. Her representative experience also includes cases in off-shore jurisdictions such as Cyprus, the BVI and the Isle of Man.
Jenna holds her higher rights of audience, permitting her to appear at all levels of English civil courts.
