As an associate in our Tax Practice Group, Javier focuses on tax lease schemes and structured finance agreements. He has significant experience in the implementation of financing structures for the construction of vessels, the development of R&D projects and the production of films, providing a comprehensive advice not only from a tax perspective, but also from a corporate and finance point of view. He has also experience in advising on the tax aspects of corporate transactions such as company disposals/acquisitions and group reorganizations, Spanish non-resident taxation, international taxation and tax litigation proceedings.
