Jannick Nagel represents national and international clients in pre-litigation scenarios and in court. His practice focuses on financial service litigation, as well as contractual and corporate disputes.
Jannick supports clients in enforcing their rights and claims as well as defending them against lawsuits. He also advises clients in extrajudicial disputes aiming for mutually beneficial solutions.
Jannick studied law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt majoring in law & finance. He served his legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt. During this time, he gained international experience working in our firm's capital markets and banking practice in New York.
Before and during his legal clerkship, Jannick already worked as a research assistant in the firm's litigation practice in our Frankfurt office.
