Janet is a member of the firm’s Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects practice, based in London. Janet’s main experience is in M&A transactions in the energy sector, upstream oil and gas agreements, farm-outs, governmental and inter-governmental agreements, and other commercial arrangements in the energy and natural resources sectors.
She spent six months on secondment at ExxonMobil, where she focused on corporate matters, upstream commercial matters, offshore production licensing, and procurement regulations.
