David Horan is a senior associate in our London office. David has a broad range of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on investment transactions and complex development structures across a range of different asset classes, including offices, residential, student accommodation, retail and mix use schemes.
David is a key contact for Argent Related, British Land and the London Legacy Development Corporation. He is also the principal contact for retailer Russell & Bromley, which is one of the firm’s longest standing clients.
Representative experience
Advising Argent Related on the regeneration scheme at Brent Cross Town, including infrastructure arrangements and negotiations to bring forward the first development plot.
Acting for British Land on the proposed redevelopment of a substantial London office tower.
