Jeremy is a trained Australian Barrister at the New South Wales Bar where he has appeared as counsel extensively in courts and tribunals at early stages of hearings within employment, migration, common law, crime, and has several published decisions to his credit. Jeremy’s forensic mindset combined with a commercial focus gives clients more options to reach desirable outcomes early on in disputes.

As a Lawyer Jeremy has assisted clients avoiding hearings in the construction industry often requiring the examination of expert evidence as part of pre-litigation strategies. 

Broadly experienced in advisory Jeremy also maintains a commercial practice including cross border market entry. 

Prior to law Jeremy worked in advisory roles within the enterprise software field across industries including mining, energy and government often involving interstate and cross border deals.

Jeremy is a Fellow (FCIArb) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is completing his PhD (Law) at RMIT University with a specific focus on the enforcement of international arbitral awards within Vietnam.

Jeremy speaks native English and conversational Vietnamese.

Judicial Review for Applicant Led by J. Walker regarding the local council’s development consent involving Koala habitat - Save Sydney's Koalas (South West) Inc v Lendlease Communities*

Advising Various foreign investors on dispute resolution practices and arbitration within Vietnam and external jurisdictions*

Appearing for Applicants & Respondents in tribunal run concilliations involving unfair dismissal, general protections, bullying and harassment, discrimination, amongst other employment disputes*

Acting for Respondent in the Robodebt Australian Royal Commission as part of a team responding to a complex public inquiry including the examination of large bodies of evidence.*

Acting for Local Council in the demolition of contentious private housing*

Representing a Suisse consortium in the purchase of dispersed Australian farming properties including Foreign Investment Board Review application and clearance*

Acting for Local Council in the removal of highly complex public easement*
