Oliver Hamilton is a finance lawyer with experience advising European banks and corporates, renewables and infrastructure funds, PPP concession companies, development finance institutions, export credit agencies and institutional lenders on the financing and structuring of infrastructure projects, internationally and in the UK.
He regularly advises clients on a range of financing structures, including project finance, acquisition finance and general corporate finance. He also has significant experience advising infrastructure and energy funds and their lenders on fund financing arrangements.

Advising various infrastructure funds on the provision of working capital and development facilities.
Advising senior lenders on their £1bn financing of the Silvertown tunnel project in the UK.
Advising senior lenders on their €1.15bn financing of the Maliakos–Kleidi Toll Road project in Greece.
Advising senior lenders on the financing of Sudair Solar PV IPP (Sudair) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in what will become one of the largest single-contracted Solar PV plants in the world.
Advising the senior lenders on the project financing of two OFTOs.
Advising senior lenders on the acquisition financing, corporate reorganisation and refinancing of a hydropower project in the UK.
Advising a state gas company on credit support matters relating to the Southern Gas Corridor.
Advice to lenders on the structuring and financing of a portfolio of oil & gas fields located in DRC, Nigeria and Cameroon.
Advising two development banks on the financing of two (different) telecom projects in several African countries.
Advice to senior lenders on the restructuring of shareholder debt and amendments to the senior finance documents for a desalination project in the Middle East.
