Charlotte focuses her practice on Commercial Law, Contract drafting, Data Privacy, Technology and Intellectual Property.
Charlotte assists clients in their contractual strategy for the negotiaiton of commercial contracts, including IT and Cloud services, software licensing or the protection of intellectual property assets, notably through IT and licensing agreements, drafting of general terms and conditions and related complex negotiations.
Besides, she advises French, European and global clients in their compliance with GDPR and ePrivacy regulations, through due diligences, data protection and data transfer impact assessments, data processing and data transfer agreements, privacy policies, and cookie policies.
Charlotte was admitted to the New York Bar in 2019 and to the Paris Bar in 2021. Before joining Hogan Lovells, Charlotte was an associate in the IP/IT/Privacy team in the Paris office of a large US-based law firm.
