Leslie Graham helps her clients handle complex commercial real estate transactions, including real estate development, the purchase and sale of real estate, and the real estate aspects of corporate business transactions. She regularly works on issues involving a wide variety of different types of real estate, including office buildings and shopping centers. She assists developers, multinational corporations, and the firm's pro bono clients with their real estate needs.

Leslie began her career at an international law firm in Boston, practicing in the general corporate and real estate groups. While in law school, she honed her writing skills as a Senior Staff Editor for the Howard Law Journal.

Leslie is currently a member of the Young Lawyers Alliance of Legal Counsel for the Elderly.

Representative experience

Advised DLH Holdings, a health care services contractor, on its US$70m acquisition of Social & Scientific Systems, a public health research organization.
Advised Greystar Real Estate Partners on its US$4.6bn acquisition of EdR.
Advised Fiesta Mart, a portfolio company of ACON Investments, on its sale to Bodega Latina Corporation.
Advised Mapletree Investments on its acquisition of 14 U.S. data centers from Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT.
Advised DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. on its US$7.6bn merger with Digital Realty Trust.
Advised HC2 Holdings, Inc. on the acquisition by its subsidiary, HC2 Network Inc., of numerous  broadcast television licenses in the United States from Northstar Media, LLC.
