Dominika Górska

Dominika Górska supports Polish and foreign clients in identifying tax risks, and for choosing optimal forms for the conducting and accounting of business activities. Her experience also covers issues concerned with income tax settlements with an emphasis on withholding tax. 

Dominika has participated in projects connected to the implementation of internal tax due diligence procedures, and has assisted clients in the process of preparing information for the implemention of tax strategies. 

In the course of her work she has also participated in tax reviews and due diligence investigations in relation to the correctness of tax settlements and their documentation. She has experience in ongoing advisory services for entrepreneurs with respect to both VAT settlements and corporate income tax. 

 She is the member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
