What We Do
We advise clients on a full spectrum of legal matters, including corporate and finance (M&A, debt, and equity markets), banking and structured finance transactions, and dispute resolution (employment and class actions). Our Intellectual Property practice offers contentious as well as non-contentious services, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, design rights, media, advertising, and sport sponsorships.
We have strong expertise in regulatory compliance, including privacy and cybersecurity, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, and medical devices and technology, especially related to the life sciences and healthcare sector interacting with regulatory authorities throughout the European Union.

Trainee lawyer
If you have completed a legal master’s degree and want to become an attorney, we will train you to become a full lawyer in three years.
Candidate – Notary
If you have completed a degree in notarial law and want to become a notary, at Hogan Lovells we will train you to become a full-fledged notary public.
Tax lawyer
If you have completed a degree in tax economics and/or tax law and want to become a tax lawyer, at Hogan Lovells we will train you to become a full-fledged tax lawyer.
Experienced lawyers
Working as an lawyer at Hogan Lovells means advising, negotiating, and, if necessary, litigating. You will creatively solve complex cases within an international network of peers, delegate effectively, and motivate others.
Experienced (candidate) notaries
Working as a (candidate) notary at Hogan Lovells means variety, responsibility, and short lines of communication. You will have a broad practice, working closely with various practice groups and Hogan Lovells offices around the world.
Experienced tax professionals
As a tax specialist, you will have a broad practice and provide tax advice to national and international companies, entrepreneurs, and investors in various sectors, including real estate, retail, banking, and insurance.
