Andrea Foglia

I have been working in the Corporate Transactional department in Rome since 2014. I mainly work on cross-border business transactions, from due-diligence to closing, and handling of claims; I also provide assistance in corporate governance issues.

I began working for Hogan Lovells as Trainee immediately after I graduated in law and have been Associate in the Corporate M&A department since 2017, after qualifying to practice as a lawyer.

Joining Hogan Lovells has broadened my opportunities for professional and personal growth; as a matter of fact, Hogan Lovells is constantly involved in managing complex cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures for its clients and in carefully examining the relevant legal issues. All members of the team, even the youngest, immediately have the opportunity to comprehend the complexity of international economic relations and put themselves to the test with very complex and stimulating legal issues.
