I discovered the wonderful world of European Union trademarks and Community designs and gained extensive experience in brand protection, clearance and enforcement, portfolio audits and management, proceedings before the EUIPO, as well as anti-counterfeiting.

I have been advising clients from a range of diverse business sectors, including the automotive, construction, beverage, furniture and pharmaceutical industries. One of my career highlight has certainly been a client secondment, which allowed me to gain in-house experience and build a strong relationship with my client.

What's your biggest challenge as a Senior Associate in Hogan Lovells?

One of my biggest challenges is to reconcile my work of a senior associate with my family life. However, this has become much easier since Hogan Lovells has implemented its agile working policy, which allows me to work reduced hours and to work from home some days a week.
