Harmony Gbe seeks innovative solutions to her clients' legal challenges, particularly in civil business litigation, media and entertainment litigation, and internal investigations. She pays close attention to practical details without ever losing sight of her clients' big picture objectives.

Harmony has handled numerous aspects of litigation, from drafting pre-trial motions and conducting fact-witness depositions, to participating in dispute resolution proceedings and trial preparation. Harmony's recent experience includes representing a health insurer in a multimillion-dollar payment dispute with a hospital system, defending a television studio against allegations of discrimination, and investigating a food company for potential Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations in Thailand.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Harmony served as a judicial law clerk, working closely with the Honorable Virginia A. Phillips, U.S. District Court Chief Judge in the Central District of California. Harmony also worked at Hogan Lovells as a paralegal in the Pro Bono practice, assisting those most in need of legal aid and providing them with access to justice. Harmony currently serves on the firm's recruitment and diversity committees, and devotes significant time to impactful pro bono matters.

During law school, Harmony honed her ability to think critically and creatively about complex legal issues. She served as a judicial extern for both the Honorable Gerald Bruce Lee in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia – known nationwide as the "Rocket Docket" – and the Honorable Madeleine Flier in the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District. Harmony also interned in the Business & Legal Affairs department of a major Hollywood film studio, where she handled global licensing disputes and facilitated content distribution across international platforms. In addition, she served as the Chief Managing Editor of the UCLA Women's Law Journal.
