Fabian Reischauer advises national and international clients on all aspects of real estate law and regularly advises on real estate transactions (single-asset transactions as well as portfolio deals, asset and share deals, in particular with regard to logistics, retail and office properties) and assists in drafting and negotiating commercial leases as well as in property management issues.
In addition, Fabian has extensive experience in the areas of dispute resolution and litigation and advises and assists our clients in pre-court dispute resolution and in court proceedings.
Fabian joined the Real Estate practice group at Hogan Lovells in Hamburg in September 2021. Prior to that, he worked for another major international law firm for five years in the areas of Litigation/Dispute Resolution as well as Real Estate. He
