II Conferencia Internacional Women in Arbitration IPA

On January 31, 2020, Maria Eugenia Ramirez participated in a panel titled "La historia sin fin: los conflictos de interés en los arbitrajes internacionales" (A story without an ending: conflicts of interest in international arbitration) at the II Conferencia Internacional Women in Arbitration in Lima, Peru.

The panel discussed the standards applied to independent arbitrators, lawyer-arbitrators, and transnational lawyer-arbitrators regarding conflicts of interests in international arbitration. This was the second annual seminar hosted by the Instituto Peruano de Arbitraje (IPA). The event was attended by more than 130 arbitration leaders and professionals throughout Latin America.
