GCR Live 4th Annual Cartels
Partner Katie Hellings will be a moderator on "the state of leniency" topic at the Global Competition Review's GCR Live 4th Annual Cartels event on 26 March 2019.
The topic will focus on the attractiveness of companies simply hoping their cartels aren't discovered due to the burdens of multi-jurisdictional cooperation and the spread of follow-on damages actions. The speakers will also discuss the effect on older leniency regimes and the implications for private litigation in a world where the state of leniency seems to be in decline.
