Silicon Valley M&A partner Rick Climan will Co-Chair and speak at the venerable ABA National M&A Institute on 10 – 11 November at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Institute took a two-year hiatus during the pandemic but is returning to celebrate its 25th anniversary.
Rick will lead a faculty team of nationally recognized M&A experts who will illuminate all aspects of M&A transactions for a beginner-to intermediate-level audience.
