50/50 Shareholder Disputes and how to resolve them

Our German Corporate Litigation team regularly hosts webinars on different corporate litigation topics.

When a company is owned 50/50 by two shareholders, this often leads to corporate disputes. Sometimes these constellations lead to long-lasting deadlocks. It is not uncommon for such a dispute to result in a large number of court proceedings, e.g. on the mutual dismissal as managing partner. In such cases, provisional legal protection measures are of particular importance.
