Edward Hickman

Edward's experience spans a number of industry sectors, including banking, mining and telecommunications, and includes having a particular understanding of the court's use of interim powers to preserve assets pending trial, such as worldwide freezing orders and pre-judgment receivership orders.

An associate in our Litigation Group, Edward has a broad commercial litigation practice, with a particular focus on multi-jurisdictional claims with a fraud element. Edward's multi-jurisdictional practice has brought him extensive experience of courts around the world, including the British Virgin Islands, the Isle of Man and Cyprus.

Representative Experience

Acting for a leading international mining conglomerate in relation to a contractual dispute arising from the exit of a former JV partner.
