Derrik navigates unique challenges with confidence, offering clients practical advice.
Derrik focuses his practice on transformative transactions, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, equity financings, as well as on general corporate and commercial matters. He represents clients in heavily regulated industries including aerospace, defense and government services, life sciences, education, behavioral health, technology, construction, and hospitality sectors.
Prior to attending law school, Derrik worked as a paralegal in the Corporate Practice Group at Hogan Lovells and at another international law firm, where he handled M&A transactions for clients in the aerospace and defense and other industries.
