Nicola is an associate in the Regulatory and Corporate practice in Hong Kong. She has experience in dealing with a broad range of complex technology transactions and regulatory matters, including technology development, outsourcing, electronic payment, e-commerce licensing, data protection and related compliance issues.

She has acted for clients across a range of sectors, including corporates and technology start-ups on commercial and technology-related transactions across the technology, finance, retail, insurance and energy sectors.

Advising leading multinational corporations in relation to drafting of outsourcing agreements, technology collaboration agreements, privacy policies and user term and conditions.

Advising a global accounting firm to guide and advise on the implications of the Hong Kong National Security Law and other relevant laws on their proposed operations in Hong Kong.

Advising an investment company on its acquisition of a licenced insurance brokerage business in Hong Kong.
