Nicola is an associate in the Regulatory and Corporate practice in Hong Kong. She has experience in dealing with a broad range of complex technology transactions and regulatory matters, including technology development, outsourcing, electronic payment, e-commerce licensing, data protection and related compliance issues.

She has acted for clients across a range of sectors, including corporates and technology start-ups on commercial and technology-related transactions across the technology, finance, retail, insurance and energy sectors.

Advising a global accounting firm to guide and advise on the implications of the Hong Kong National Security Law and other relevant laws on their proposed operations in Hong Kong.
