Gaspare Chirillo advises clients on a range of complex transactional and advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and equity capital raisings.
Gaspare trained and qualified at the firm in February 2021 and has since represented international and domestic clients across a number of industry sectors including technology, energy and natural resources, insurance and automotive.
