Cees is a counsel in the London Private Equity & Funds team. Cees advises on a broad range of corporate and funds transactions, with a particular focus on private M&A, joint ventures, management equity plans, growth capital, secondaries (GP-leds and portfolio transactions), co-investments and buy-outs. He acts for private equity houses, fund of funds, institutional investors, development finance institutions and corporates across a range of sectors. Cees previously worked in the corporate team of Hogan Lovells’ Amsterdam office, and is both English and Dutch law qualified.
