Max Cardin

Max’s work focuses on mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital financings and general corporate matters.  Max has represented clients across a variety of industries, including technology, software, consumer products, government contracts, financial services and healthcare. Before joining the firm in 2023, Max worked as a corporate associate in Chicago and Washington, DC. He earned his JD magna cum laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and MBA from Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School.
