Floriane is a senior associate in the Strategic Operations, Agreements and Regulations (SOAR) team in the Paris office. Her practice focuses both on commercial law and regulatory issues, especially in the Life Sciences sector.
Floriane has gained a specific knowledge in the draft and negotiation of complex commercial agreements in various industries such as banking, e-commerce, retail, life sciences, automotive and manufacturing. She regularly advises the firm's clients on regulatory issues in the Life Sciences sector related to the conduct of clinical trials, the promotion and marketing of drugs or medical devices, as well as interactions between the healthcare companies and the healthcare professionals. Floriane has also experience in data privacy issues in the health sector, as well as in helping companies to define, implement and audit their compliance programs.
Floriane has performed several secondments in her career, which has enabled her to gain a practical knowledge of the clients' organizations and issues.
Floriane has been a lawyer since 2017. Before joining Hogan Lovells, she has worked as an associate in the commercial law department of a French law firm, as well as in the commercial law and life sciences department of an international law firm.
