Emmanuelle Burkic

In the technology, media & telecommunications fields, she focuses her practice on online platforms regulations and new technology issues. Emmanuelle also concentrates on product liability claims and commercial disputes in the life science sector. She notably regularly assists clients facing complex product liability cases that require cross-border coordination.

Thanks to her good knowledge in dispute resolution, Emmanuelle is also in charge of drafting the procedural legal monitoring of the firm.

In addition to her legal skills, Emmanuelle has developed her interest in this fast evolving multi-cultural world by completing a dual Masters in German and French business law at the Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris with the partnership of the University of Cologne.
