A senior associate in our Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects Group, Lauren Bruce focuses on UK and international construction projects, working on complex projects to find innovative solutions to the challenges her clients face. As an industry-focused lawyer, she advises construction, energy and infrastructure clients on the financing and construction of large-scale developments, complex procurements and new-build projects.

Public Authority The Met Office on the procurement of its US$1.2 Supercomputing 2020+ programme.
Developers King's Cross Central Limited Partnership and Brent Cross Partnership on development of residential, commercial and mixed use buildings across the development sites.
Mars Pension Trustees on construction works across their UK investment property portfolio. The portfolio includes shopping centres, retail units, office space and student accommodation.
Providing construction advice to M&G on a £30 million acquisition of an office building in London, including making enquiries and preparing due diligence reports on the construction documentation.
