Tiara Brown helps clients navigate high-stakes litigation and challenging domestic and international investigations. She has represented clients in matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, False Claims Act, Stark Law, and various securities-based rules and regulations.
Tiara is a passionate supporter of the firm’s Pro Bono practice. She has worked on a wide range of pro bono matters, including assisting domestic violence survivors in securing protective orders, serving as a guardian ad litem, and advocating for improved mental health treatment in prisons.
While in law school, Tiara served as a member of the Death Penalty Clinic at Berkeley Law, where she investigated post-conviction relief claims for incarcerated persons facing capital punishment. Upon graduation, she received Pro Bono Honors, the Public Interest & Social Justice Certificate and the Race and Law Certificate.
