Sibille Bouëssel du Bourg

Sibille advises national and international companies on a variety of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancies and senior terminations. She also advises clients on their relationships with staff representatives, including the organization of staff representatives' elections and negotiation of company-wide collective bargaining agreements. Sibille also regularly represents employers in Courts.
