Barbara is an associate in the Budapest office. She primarily represents and advises both Hungarian and multinational clients on a wide range of corporate matters, such as M&A projects, restructurings and other corporate fields, in various sectors, including life sciences and health care, fashion and luxury, IT and automotive sectors.
